The Center for Legal Research and Analysis within the project “Supporting quality and accountability in Macedonian Justice Sector”, supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, provides support to the Judicial Council in the development and implementation of the Methodology with indicators for the complexity of the cases.
For the successful implementation of the Methodology in practice, CLRA organized a presentation of the Methodology in the four appeal areas. At the presentation itself, the judges had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the complexity system and participated in the process of entering indicators of the difficulty of the cases for testing the system.
Judges of the presentation selected and brought one case from their court, in order to enter the parameters and indicators from the selected cases into the system of indicators for the complexity of the cases
