The Center for legal research and analysis (CLRA) together with the Institute for human rights (IHR) on 8th of July hosted online meeting for the Third meeting of the Advisory working group
as part of the project ,,Joint involvement for better performance of the judiciary” financed by the EU and co-financed by the British embassy in Skopje.
At the meeting the members of the present organizations who work in the area of the judiciary shared their findings regarding the fulfillment of the Strategy for reform of the Judicial sector in the period 2017-2022.
The core subject of the Advisory working group represents following of the last changes according the ,,Methodology for legislative changes and their influence on the judiciary”. By the legal frame anticipated in this methodology, every organization according to its background will follow certain laws and will note the changes in that certain law. The findings will represent a base for creation of Policy Paper at the end of the project.
Present at this meeting were representatives from Center for change management, Helsinki committee for Human rights, Association of criminal law and criminology, Coalition all for fair trials, MYLA, European Policy Institute and Association of judicial administration.
During the project ,,Joint involvement for better performance of the judiciary” seven meetings of the Advisory working group are scheduled in the same format.
