CLRA in cooperation with the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors and the Judicial College London, supported by the British Embassy in Skopje organized a specialized training for trainers on the European Convention on Human Rights.
The Center for Legal Research and Analysis within the project “Supporting the establishment of unified court practice in the Macedonian legal system” supported by the British Embassy in Skopje, in cooperation with the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors “Pavel Shatev” and the Judicial College of London, on the 11th and 12th of May 2016, in the Academy organized a specialized training for trainers on the European Convention of Human Rights. The training was designed for the educators of the Academy.
The topics covered in the training referred to the European Court of Human Rights, access to courts, providing information to the database, and discussion on “Facts vs. Law” as well as work in groups on cases form practice.
The training was conducted and delivered by eminent experts from the Judicial College of London, judges Mark Ockelton and Nicholas Coleman, in collaboration with a national expert from the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors.
