Measuring the progress of judicial reform Key principles standards and practices in Macedonia and 7 EU members states

Within the project “Development of monitoring indicators for the justice sector performance” supported by the British Embassy in Skopje, the Center for Legal Research and Analysis published the analysis “Measuring the progress of judicial reform – Key principles, standards and practices in Macedonia and 7 EU members states: Croatia, Estonia, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia and the United Kingdom.”

The main goal of this comparative analysis is to provide insight into the judicial reforms implemented in selected existing member states, including traditional as well as newer EU members, and better understand of the measurement process for the reforms in the justice sector.
