Within the framework of the analysis of the obtained results from the measurement of perceptions, the positive perceptions of the respondents from the target groups included in the research are shown in an illustrative and pictorial manner.
According to the average scores of all target groups, the differences in the results of the First and Second national measurements are minimal and the final score is practically identical (2.50 in 2018 and 2.65 in 2021 on a scale from 1 to 5 (where 1 is insufficient and 5 is excellent)).
The general conclusion remains that there have been no significant changes in perceptions in the past two years since the first measurement with the Matrix.
