As part of the project “Improving the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Administrative Justice in the Republic of Macedonia”, the Center for Legal Research and Analyzes prepared a Functional analysis of the capacities of the administrative judiciary in the country.
The purpose of this functional analysis is to present the current picture of the administrative judiciary in the Republic of Macedonia and to give recommendations for its improvement. Taking into account the fact that the administrative procedure is a part of every person’s life, the analysis offers an overview of the historical development of the administrative judiciary in Macedonia, as well as all the trends, tendencies and challenges in the work of the judicial authorities that enable administrative-judicial protection.
