The analysis represents a set of comments from prominent domestic experts in the field of law, who analyze the reasoning of domestic high courts and provide insight into the principles and method of argumentation of the European Court of Human Rights.
The comments contained in this publication are intended to serve legal professionals, students of initial training at the Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors, students of law schools and all other legal professions and interested citizens who want to gain a clearer insight into the arguments of domestic courts and the ECHR.
