COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF GOOD PRACTICES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE

A prepared Comparative analysis of good practices from five countries in order to highlight the best legal solutions from the analyzed countries that can be a useful example for further improvement of administrative judicial protection in the Republic of Macedonia.

The Comparative legal analysis of good practices for administrative justice in Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia is one of the key products of the project “Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative justice in Macedonia”, implemented by the Center for Legal Research and analysis – CLRA and the audit firm Price Waterhouse Cooper-PWC Macedonia, financed by UK Aid through the Government of the United Kingdom. The purpose of this analysis is to contribute to finding solutions for improving administrative justice in Macedonia by using the different legislative experiences in the analyzed countries.
