CURRICULUM FOR MENTORING NEWLY ELECTED JUDGES

Within the framework of the project “Improving the Quality and Responsibility in the Macedonian Judicial Sector”, supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Center for Legal Research and Analysis developed a curriculum for tutoring newly elected judges.

This curriculum consists of four parts. The first part refers to the proposed introductory training program for newly elected judges; the second part proposes the content of the curriculum/program for the introductory training; the third part is a comparative study, and all three parts are prepared by Bert Maan, a former judge and president of a court in the Netherlands. The fourth part is a proposal for the Training of Trainers, that is, a module for training skills, and it was prepared by Marina Naumovska Milevska, Specialist for the Education of Judges.
