The functional analysis is one of the key products within the project “Increased efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of justice by improving the performance of institutions in the judiciary”.
The project is implemented by the Center for Legal Research and Analysis – CLRA and PwC Macedonia, financed by UK aid through the Government of the United Kingdom and aims to design and establish in practice relevant tools that will support the reform processes in order to build a more efficient , more effective and economical access to justice for citizens, and as a result improving trust in judicial institutions.
The functional analysis is divided into three parts and covers in its entirety the work and all significant aspects of the functioning of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (public prosecutors of all levels: basic, higher and republic), the public prosecutor’s service (within all public prosecutors’ offices: basic, higher and republic), and the Council of Public Prosecutors as main entities within the framework of the public prosecution system in the Republic of North Macedonia.
