The Center for Legal Research and Analysis supported by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and the School of Journalism and Public Relations, within the project “Citizens in Parliament: Legislative Initiatives for Human Rights” produced a public policy document “How to Effective Administrative Justice”.
The purpose of the analysis is to point out the problem of the ineffectiveness of the administrative judiciary, that is, the impossibility of citizens to quickly and effectively achieve protection or recognition of their rights through the administrative courts.
