The Center for Legal Research and Analysis and the Macedonian Association of Young Lawyers within the project “Efficient Justice for the Protection of Basic Freedoms and the Right to Privacy in the Online Space”, supported by the European Union in cooperation with VIDI VAKA, prepared a story about the violation of the right to privacy on social networks. It is a new case where photos of girls and women with explicit content were again massively shared on Facebook and TikTok.
