The Center for Legal Research and Analysis within the project “Joint Commitment for Better Achievements in the Judiciary” financed by the Department for Central Financing and Contracting at the Ministry of Finance of the RNM, prepared the Methodology for monitoring changes in legislation and their impact in the judiciary. This Methodology was prepared in order to serve the Advisory Group, which is part of this project and is composed of civil organizations working in the field of justice, to monitor changes in legislation through the legislative framework provided for in the Methodology, during the duration of the project.
For this purpose, the Methodology contains more than fifty indicators that enable comprehensive monitoring of changes in the legislation, and changes related to the work of the courts and court administration.
The findings of this Methodology will later serve as a basis for recommendations for judicial institutions of the RNM regarding their operation with the aim of increased transparency, accountability and effectiveness.
