Within the framework of the project “Incorporation of analytical tools for monitoring reforms to support the judicial sector of the Republic of North Macedonia”, the Center for Legal Research and Analysis prepared the Plan for improving the work and conditions of the basic courts in the Republic of North Macedonia.
This plan covers in detail the areas that were analyzed by the team of experts during the preparation of the Functional Analysis of Basic Courts, i.e. Independence and Impartiality, Transparency and Accountability, Quality of Justice, Human Resources, Spatial Conditions, Information Systems in Basic Courts, Automated computer system for managing court cases (AKMIS), Financial operations, budgeting and public procurement and Gender Equality.
