Public policy documents titled ”Guidelines for litigation before the CJEU for the new EU member states” & “Challenges for new member states in application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU”

Within the framework of the project “Strengthening Regional Judicial Cooperation in the Western Balkans for Effective Litigation before CJEU and Implementation of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights” supported by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, a total of 8 (eight) public policy documents were prepared, 2 (two) from each country implementing the Project, titled:

  • “Guidelines for litigation before the CJEU for the new EU member states”
  • “Challenges for new member states in application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU”
