RESEARCH REPORT ON THE AUTHORITIES, MECHANISMS AND POSITION OF THE COURTS WITH REGARD TO THE CONFORMITY OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE

The research report that elaborates the powers, mechanisms and position of the courts in the Republic of North Macedonia in terms of compliance with judicial practice was prepared within the framework of the program “Increasing transparency, legal certainty and efficiency in North Macedonia” financed by the British Embassy Skopje. The report analyzes the situation in the judicial practice departments of the Higher Administrative Court, the Administrative Court, the Court of Appeal Bitola, the Court of Appeal Gostivar, the Court of Appeal Skopje, the Court of Appeal Shtip, the Basic Court Bitola, the Basic Court Gostivar, the Basic Court Skopje 1, the Basic Court Skopje 2 and the Basic Court Shtip.
