Lawyer, works in the law office of Emil Miftari. He has more than 15 years of experience in different areas of law. His main specialization is criminal law, judiciary and human rights, but he also actively works in several areas of civil law. Emil was often engaged as lecturer for young lawyers, focusing his training on the content and legal effects of the European Convention for human rights and the ECHR process of application. Emil Miftari was one of the founders of the CLRA in 2012, and the same year he was appointed for the member of executive board. He was also the founder and activist in the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association (MYLA). Emil Miftari has extensive knowledge of the functioning of the legal and judicial system in North Macedonia.
