Graduated in law, expert in the cycle of project management. He has worked in the OSCE Mission in Skopje and is currently working in Wien as specialist for programs and budget in the UNIAEA. Ivica was one of the founders of the CLRA in 2012, and the same year he was appointed for the member of executive board. Ivica has extensive experience in international law and is well acquainted with the functioning of the EU and international standards for project work and implementation.
