Tatjana is an experienced project manager and a gender equality expert. Her experience of 15 years spans within the civil society sector and international organizations. She has coordinated projects on gender equality, prevention of gender-based violence and social inclusion, funded by the EU, Kvinna till Kvinna, UNWomen. As part of her former professional roles, she has participated in shadow reporting to the CEDAW and GREVIO Committee, or delivered training for gender sensitive policing and protection and prevention of GBV. At the last position, Tatjana was responsible for gender mainstreaming within all the programmatic work of the OSCE Mission to Skopje. She holds an MA in Political Science, from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”.
