The Center for Legal Research and analysis on 19 September organized an Open day for the citizens in Tetovo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The goal of the open day is to inform the citizens about the justification of conducting a judicial procedure for the small value cases, as well as to present the calculator for estimation of the court and lawyer costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

The program team was accompanied by two lawyers who presented the calculator and informed the citizens about the justification of the small value cases depending from the amount of the case and advise them for other alternatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

The activities for the open day, and the creation of the calculator are part from the program \u201cEnhancing the transparency, legal certainty and efficiency of the justice system in North Macedonia\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
