{"id":22779,"date":"2022-11-25T07:40:46","date_gmt":"2022-11-25T07:40:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpia.mk\/?p=22779"},"modified":"2024-06-24T07:43:38","modified_gmt":"2024-06-24T07:43:38","slug":"curriculum-for-mentoring-newly-elected-judges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpia.mk\/en\/curriculum-for-mentoring-newly-elected-judges\/","title":{"rendered":"CURRICULUM FOR MENTORING NEWLY ELECTED JUDGES"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ef3-gtb-block wp-block-\">Within the framework of the project &#8220;Improving the Quality and Responsibility in the Macedonian Judicial Sector&#8221;, supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Center for Legal Research and Analysis developed a curriculum for tutoring newly elected judges.<\/p>\n<p>This curriculum consists of four parts. The first part refers to the proposed introductory training program for newly elected judges; the second part proposes the content of the curriculum\/program for the introductory training; the third part is a comparative study, and all three parts are prepared by Bert Maan, a former judge and president of a court in the Netherlands.
