<em>\u201cStrengthening Regional Judicial Cooperation in the Western Balkans for Effective Litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union and Implementation of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights\u201d<\/em>, supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, two training curricula and manuals have been developed, focusing on key aspects of the application of European Union law.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applying the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union; and<\/li>\n<li>Proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The documents were developed with the expert contribution of \u0160ejla Imamovi\u0107, Assistant Professor of European Human Rights Law at Maastricht University, and Aniel Pahladsingh, Judge and Commissioner at the Dutch Human Rights Institute.<\/p>\n<p>The training programmes are intended to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of legal professionals, as well as to support the development of judicial training capacities across the Western Balkans.<\/p>\n<p>The documents are available in five languages \u2013 English, Macedonian, Albanian, Serbian and
