Within the programe “Enhancing the transparency, legal certainty and efficiency of the judicial system in North Macedonia”, supported by the British Embassy Skopje, the Center for Legal Research and Analysis published the Cost Benefit Analysis for minor value disputes. The analysis presents the estimation between the costs and benefits of the court proceedings for the small value cases for all basic court in the country.
