The Center for legal research and analysis began with the implementation of the programme “Enhancing transparency, legal certainty and efficiency of the judicial system in Macedonia”.
This strand of the programme aims to increase legal certainty and predictability through increased judicial knowledge and capacity, and support the improvement in policies through analyses of policies and practices against international standards.
