The preparation of the First National Report from the Matrix for performance monitoring of the Public Prosecutor’s Office is aimed at supporting judicial reform and creating an efficient, fair and transparent public prosecution system.
The Matrix for Monitoring the Performance of the Public Prosecutor’s Office has been developed in an exclusive process and in close cooperation with the Council of Public Prosecutors, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Ministry of Justice. The Matrix aims to develop and establish a functional, objective and long-term tool for measuring the success and results of the public prosecutorial system in the country and at the same time to create a platform for future improvement of public prosecutor’s performance, by creating public policies and defining more effective measures for greater impact on reform processes in line with best international standards and practices.
