The Functional Analysis of the Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors aims to present the current picture of its functioning and to shed light on its essential tasks and goals, as well as the problems that arise during their fulfillment.
The functional analysis focuses on: (1) the organization of the Academy, its status, the relationship vis-à-vis other state and public bodies and the way in which its management is organized; (2) the way in which the initial and continuous trainings are organized and the legal framework in that regard; (3) the adequacy of the Academy’s budget in general and the question of whether its resources are properly allocated; (4) the administrative staff of the Academy (its human resources); (5) its other resources (spatial conditions and technical equipment) and the extent to which the latest information and communication technologies (ICT) are used and (6) the results of the work of the special organizational units.
