Within the framework of the project, “Establishment of analytical tools for monitoring the reforms to support the judicial sector in the RNM”, CLRA prepared a Functional Analysis of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Within this functional analysis, the competencies of the Ministry of Justice, the current organizational setup and structure, human capacities, financial resources, information and communication resources and strategic planning are studied in detail. The idea of the functional analysis, as a change management tool, is to determine and highlight the challenges in the work of the Ministry, to then offer recommendations for overcoming them through the development of an Improvement Plan.
