Graduated in law, one of the initiators and founders of the Center in 2012. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing projects related to the rule of law and development of the democracy. She was one of the founders of the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association (MYLA) in 2003 and was president of the organization until the end of 2008, with two mandates. Lidija has worked and led several projects as a national and international expert, including the EU-funded project dedicated to the establishment of the Academy for Training of Judges and Prosecutors (2007-2009). In addition to her interest and expertise in law, Lidija has been working for more than 15 years as Senior Program Manager at the National Democratic Institute for International Relations (NDI) for support political institutions, organizations and individuals in North Macedonia to embrace the best democratic values ​​and practices based on the experiences of developed democracies around the world.
