On the 24th and 25th of September at Hotel Arka, the former judge and president of the court in Zwolle, Holland, Mr. Bert Mann, and the specialist in the training of judges, Marina Naumovska-Milevska, held a training session on the role and improvement of the skills of mentor judges.
In the framework of this training, the organizational and practical skills needed by referee-mentors were discussed, as well as the role, profile and function of the mentor. In addition, Judge Bert Mann gave a comparative review of the system of the introduction of the newly elected judges in the new position in the Netherlands.
The training was held within the framework of the project “Improving the quality and responsibility in the Macedonian judicial system” financed with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
